Two vanities were ordered; they arrived on time; minor issues with one drawer has been resolved. The quality of the cabinets appears to be quite solid and although they have not been installed, my clients are pleased so far.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Ordered a vanity online and delivery repeatedly keeps getting pushed back. Delivery company calls to reschedule because they have more important deliveries to make that day. Ariel customer service doesn’t care. They say “they will see what they can do.” And just blow you off hoping you will go away.

Excellent company, highly recommend to buy your vanity with them. We are currently on design project for remodeling our master bathroom, we bought 2 vanities: one for master bath another one for second bath. Yesterday we decided to use chrome faucets in our bathrooms, and we already order vanities with black hardware. Vanities already was shipped. My husband call customer service this morning, very nice and kind representative solved our problem, she sad that they will send a new hardware in the color we need at no cost. Great customer service!
