Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

I would definitely recommend it
When our contractor installed it a couple of months ago, it required some rewiring and plumbing work, my poor husband would have been lost. We have been using it since installation, and one thing I will note is that we have seen a dramatic decrease in my child's asthma and seasonal allergies, it has been a very noticeable difference We like to add eucalyptus essential oil to the reservoir and that seems to really help also. It has been a great investment so far, I would recommend it.

Great product
Did some research before purchasing to make sure people were finding success with this model, and i must say that this product really functions well. The features especially is great, everything works exactly how the website described that it would. It is so nice when that actually comes true. I will probably buy from this brand again, the other reviews have been really good too.

Part of my daily life
Can't imagine life without my steam shower now as it is such a part of my routine. Up and into the shower in the am, steam in the evening to relax and banish sore muscles from my demanding physical job. It's nice to have the handheld shower becsuse you can steam for awhile, then just wash off, wash your hair etc and get out. Very convenient

Perfect combination of experiences
This unit delivers a wonderful, relaxing shower/sauna experience. I love that I can customize it according to my mood- if I am in the mood for a long relaxing schvitz I can take one, or I can pop into the rainfall shower or use the handheld and be at work in half an hour. Convenient! Also beautiful. We truly love it.
