Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

wooden slat flooring
The shower itself is great, but the slatted wood floor is really bad. There is no way to keep it clean, collects a lot of hair, soap, etc. and now there's mold growing in the shower. It's also very heavy to lift so cleaning daily is not really convenient, but necessary due to the mildew order and mold accumulation between the slats.

I would definitely recommend it
When our contractor installed it a couple of months ago, it required some rewiring and plumbing work, my poor husband would have been lost. We have been using it since installation, and one thing I will note is that we have seen a dramatic decrease in my child's asthma and seasonal allergies, it has been a very noticeable difference We like to add eucalyptus essential oil to the reservoir and that seems to really help also. It has been a great investment so far, I would recommend it.

Addendum to: "A great Way to Relax..."
I was unable to find a way to edit my other review, so after two years, here is an update:
I do not regret this purchase. I'm glad I got it before prices went through the roof (we'll blame it on the pandemic).
My previous gripe was with the sound system, and that still holds. Workarounds (better speakers) haven't helped. The conundrum is that while things are warming up, the steam generator drowns out the music. Turning up the music is counterproductive in part because of the poor quality of the components, but also because one is piping music into a hyper-echoic chamber. It is best to keep the volume low in this situation.
I'm still looking for a 12 volt fan with the same dimensions and a high CFM rating.

Good for allergies!
This steam shower works wonders for flushing out allergens and improving my seasonal allergies. They have not been nearly as severe since I started using it. My husband has been improvement in his skin irritation caused by like EVERY detergent out there too.
