Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Beautiful!
Beautifully designed and seems well constructed. It was installed simply in one afternoon and we have been using it for about a week now, every single day. That is how much we love it. The steam is incredible. It generates quickly so you can even use it when youre on a time crunch. Or you can just use the rainfall shower which I adore, I canât live without using it every single day anymore. Adds so much to our bathroom, I never would have believed how many compliments we would get in one single week I cant even imagine long term!

Highly recommended
We have had eight happy years with our steam shower and they have all been great. I would recommend replacing the provided drain, which has been said in other reviews, we did so and the unit has been going strong all this time. It has been used a couple of times per day (we have had kids all this time) and the steam used a few times a week and everything has held up great. Pro tip: Use Rain-X to keep the glass clear at all times. ;) I would highly recommend this unit to others, it has been so great for us.

Very nice product
All I can think when I walk into my new bathroom and look at this shower is "luxury." it looks more than beautiful, and the rainfall shower is something I have wanted badly for years. This is kind of an all in one unit, as it has something for everyone. You can soak in the steam, you can bathe under the rainfall, or you can just have a simple and quick washing with the handheld if you're coming in from the pool. It's versatile that way, and I really like the choices. It's a nice product.

SO happy with it!
This is a beautiful steam shower system, I am incredibly happy with this purchase! The amazing rainfall ceiling is incredibly relaxing and the jets feel so great on my sore muscles after a long, hard day at work (I am in healthcare and work a very physically taxing job so it is awesome for me). Also, of course I want chromotherapy lights in my steam shower, who wouldnât?? I never heard of them before I got my Ariel but I sure do love them now :)
