Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Centerpieceof our new bathroom
This steam shower was a great value for the money (seriously, look at what you are getting for the price), it was easy to install and works SO great. I was worried about my water pressure messing with the quanity or availability of the steam, but it turned out not to be an issue at all. This unit is the center of our remodeled master bathroom, I am so happy we chose it.

Love it
I just love this system, is soothing, therapeutic, and works exactly as it is supposed to.The lighting and the music add really nice touches to the overall feel of the steam bath. it's amazing in every way!I love Ariel now, Iâm always telling people to check out their products. We have an Ariel bathrub upstairs too and we love it also.

Perfect thing
really nice features. The steam gets inside all your muscles and makes you go completely relaxed and loose. I enjoy the lights and aromatherapy very much too. It is such a beautiful shower, I really do love it.
