Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

It is wonderful
After carefully reviewing the specs for this product, I decided the it was worth the investment. Upon arrival, I can say with a great deal of pleasure, that I was not disappointed! The steam shower system was exactly as described. I had zero problems during my installation. The unit works excellent with my home's water pressure and the steam is generated SO fast, and it is the nicest thing you have ever felt. Sitting and soaking it in relieves a ton of stress. Highly recommended to anyone looking for the same amazing product that I was.

We love this product
This steam shower completely remade our upstairs bath in a high end image, it basically made my remodeled bathroom into the beauty it is now. It was a much better option than a simple standard shower head/spout system or any variation thereof, and I have always always wanted a steam shower. I would definitely recommend this one! Good quality, nice functionality with tons of options, steam in one minute or less, heating limitor for safety is a nice thought too.

Long search for the perfect item
I have been looking at all different brands in my search for the perfect steam shower model. It isnt easy. It is a big deal purchase so I was going to choose carefully. Iâm glad i decided to go for this one. Thereâs an elegant modern look to it and very easy to install. Function is perfect, I use every day. Great product really.

Beautiful!
We've had our steam shower unit for awhile now, and have loved it since day one. We had been planning on a major bathroom upgrade for years but kept sticking on the right shower unit. Well we found it! Loved the fast shipping, it arrived on schedule and well packaged. It was in perfect condition too. The instructions were a little vague, but it isnât the hardest thing in the world. Our contractor had no issues at all. f you are at all handy, you can probably do the job yourself. The unit feels solid and well made, even the contractor commented on that. All functions nicely despite the crappy water pressure in our home. The steam generates quickly and airs out quickly too. The aromatherapy is calming and the steam is warm and soothing. No real complaint. When we show off our bathroom, people always compliment the Ariel, it gets a lot of positive attention. We are thrilled with this purchase, and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of installing a sauna.
