Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Perfect for our bathroom upgrade
We've had our steam shower unit for awhile now, and have loved it since day one. We hd been planning on a major bathroom upgrade for years but kept sticking on the right shower unit. Well we found it! Loved the fast shipping, it arrived on schedule and well packaged. It was in perfect condition too. The instructions were a little vague, but it isnât the hardest thing in the world. Our contractor had no issues at all. f you are at all handy, you can probably do the job yourself. The unit feels solid and well made, even the contractor commented on that. All jets function nicely despite the crappy water pressure in our home. The steam generates quickly and airs out quickly too.

Lovely product
Bought this for the steam therapy due to my lung condition but my wife is in love with the rainfall shower now. Installed it yesterday and my wife absolutely loved it the second she saw it, stunning look, but when she used it she was in love. It seemed actually pretty easy to install and is architecturally beautiful too, so its a big improvement to our home also. Its an awesome product.

The lights are calming and the steam is warm and soothing. No real complaint. When we show off our bathroom, people always compliment the Ariel, it gets a lot of positive attention. We are thrilled with this purchase, and highly recommend this panel to anyone thinking of installing a steam shower unit.

Perfect addition for our upgrade
Absolutely beautiful and easy to install! Other models like this one cost twice as much at our local home improvement store so we felt like we were getting an awesome deal with this. Great addition to our bathroom upgrade.
