Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Bought for my condition but my wife is in love too
Bought this for the steam therapy due to my lung condition but my wife is in love with the rainfall shower now. Installed it yesterday and my wife absolutely loved it the second she saw it, stunning look, but when she used it she was in love. It seemed actually pretty easy to install and is architecturally beautiful too, so its a big improvement to our home also. Its an awesome product.

Amazing steam shower
The contractor raved about the great looks of this unit, and also how easy it was for him to install the unit. The rain head output is excellent, the steam fills the unit incredibly fast and I love the digital display. I highly recommend this product. Pros: looks gorgeous and works great, offered an unbeatable price. Cons: none that I can think of!

Everything I was hoping for
This steam shower is absolutely everything I wanted it to be! All the specs work so perfectly, it has been worth every penny. We love it. It looks so much more expensive than it is too, it looks more like a custom made unit. We get a lot of compliments on in when we have people over.

Good for asthma
I think it looks very nice and really expensive. It is good for my chronic asthma that I have had since I was a child. The steam is also very relaxing, especially with the lights and using the jets too. It was a very good investment for our home.
