Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Very happy
The colored lights are all me! Who wouldn't love a party in the shower? Seriously it makes for a nice relaxing mood. I read somewhere that cool colors are good for relaxation and warm are good for energy, so I go by that rule and it seems to work nicely. Everything else is nice too of course - the rainfall ceiling is just so amazing, I can't even explain. It's not so much my thing but my boyfriend really loves the steam, and he says it generates really quickly so there's no waiting around in the cold. This was a good purchase. We are defintely happy with it.

Love the aromatherapy! And the detoxifying properties
So happy with our steam shower. I plan to use it every day to sweat out the toxins and promote healthy living. I recently went vegan, so health has become very important to me and I feel like I have a lot of ground to cover, making up for the bad diet decisions I made before. This is the perfect new step in the right direction. I have been experimenting with the aromatherapy too, using a variety of different essential oils, and it is going really well, I feel great.

So excited!
We just purchased it recently and it was delivered yesterday. Delivery was fast, my husband unpacked it all to make sure everything was there and undamaged. It is going to be amazing. Our installation guy will be coming to do the job over the weekend. I am so excited! It is going to be the crowing touch of our new bathroom, I can't wait to see it in place and try it out myself. I will update with photos when I can.

Second one! We installed the first one out back in the casita, we had something else in the master bath but it bit the dust and we had to replace it, choosing this was a no brainer, considering weâd already been sneaking out to the guest house for a steam⌠:) The new one is just as awesome as the first one I purchased. Iâd buy them both again.
