Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.

- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.

Best choice ever
Our master bath has been totally transformed. Choosing a steam shower was something new for us, so we did our due diligence and read lots of reviews and articles before taking the plunge. This pick was on our top 3 list, along with a couple of more "well known" brands that are also quite a bit more expensive than this one was. We ultimately went with this one on the strength of the reviews and boy am I happy we did. We've had nothing but a good experience with this unit and I've come across some ugly reviews for those other brands in recent months, so I am feeling like we dodged a bullet with this purchase. It is really an awesome shower.

Perfect for essential oil lovers!!
I believe very much in the power and usefulness of essential oils in everyday life. I have diffusers all over my house, I know all the therapeutic uses for them and I actually sell them for a living. This steam shower makes it possible for me to totally immerse myself in the power of the oils, and just bask. I use the steam shower to get energized, to de-stress, to promote health, to cleanse my system.. Just about anything you can think of, I can make happen with my essential oils and my Ariel steam shower. I am so, SO happy with it.

This is an absolutely beautiful item. It's even better than I thought it would be, it just commands the view from the moment you walk into the master bath, and it's very modern and sleek. I honestly thought it would be terrible to clean but it isn't, not at all. I don't have anything but good things to say in this review. It takes up a lot of space lol, but that is kinda to be expected. I wanted it to take up lots of space and guide the look of my remodeled bathroom, it is dojng a great job of that. We get tons of compliments too.

"Steam me up, Scotty!"
It seems like it isn't mentioned as much in the reviews but I really like being able to listen to tunes while I'm in the steam shower. It's a nice touch. I don't much care about it being Bluetooth enabled, I'm pretty happy with it as is. It's a great shower that performs at a top notch level. It's like getting into a Star Trek portal. "Steam me up, Scotty!".... Yes I made a dad joke. I'm a dad. It's my job.
