Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

modern sleek simple to install
This modern, sleek unit looks gorgeous in the master bath. It came HEAVY DUTY packaged and arrived looking pristinely perfect, but be aware you might need help to move it. You can take it apart and move it piece by piece though. Took my friend and I one evening to assemble and get functional. It works beautifuly and I think my wife is in love. It needs a 220v 30amp GFI circuit.

Very nice product
Unit arrived quickly and safely packaged with no damage. Installation was not a problem as it went very quickly and our plumber even commented on the nice quality of the materials. Right away the shower worked just as advertised, with steam produced quickly and all the specs in perfect working order. I have no complaints. This is a very nice product.

Amazing steam shower
AMAZING! This steam shower is beautiful and works so well. It has everything you could want, a built in seat, lighting, steam, jets⌠It is so therapeutic. It is easy to install and had completely updated the look of my master bath. It is a great price for an awesome product. You will not be disappointed.

Love it!
Love this steam shower! Rain shower head and handheld shower are great! The steam fills quickly and the overheat protection is a nice comfort. The acupressure jets are incredible. When u use all jets water pressure is intense and so massaging. Love it.
