Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.

- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.

Hooked on the steam
I actually had never heard of steam showers until I started shopping around for something to replace the old monstrosity for our bathroom overhaul. I came upon the concept of the steam shower and was very intrigued so I started reading up on them and I was hooked. Picked this one for the awesome reviews and I'm very happy I did. It's been great for us so far, and I love being able to sit and detoxify in the steam after a long hard day.

If this works as good as it looks, we are going to absolutely love it. It is beautiful, I totally can'tâ wait to get it installed. I think it is going to be perfect for our whole family. Update: It is even better than we expected. I love to bliss out in there for an hour or so after work, its the best feeling ever. The lights are a bonus that I missed when purchasing but I love them now.

modern sleek simple to install
This modern, sleek unit looks gorgeous in the master bath. It came HEAVY DUTY packaged and arrived looking pristinely perfect, but be aware you might need help to move it. You can take it apart and move it piece by piece though. Took my friend and I one evening to assemble and get functional. It works beautifuly and I think my wife is in love. It needs a 220v 30amp GFI circuit.

Love it!
I have always wanted a rain ceiling shower, like I think lots of ppl are saying in the reviews. This one has so much more than that too, so it was an easy sell to my husband lol. We needed a new shower unit to replace the ugly old thing we took out of our new home and this was IT. We've had it for about 6 months now and it has been great. I use it all the time.
