Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

My lifetime allergies are history now
For as long as I can remember I have suffered the worst pet allergies you can imagine. I got this steam shower on recommendation from a buddy when my girlfriend and her cat moved in with me(I was willing to suffer for her buuut grasping for help). Let me tell you right now it has worked miracles for me ! I also have a mold allergy so wam months are rough on me but I have been almost totally allergy symptom-free since I started to use my steam shower every day. GF also went nuts when she saw it and now fights over which one of us gets to use it first. :)

Feeling like a millio bucks since I bought it
I was impressed with this units 6KW steam generator (works as said!) and the chromotherapy lights, i had never heard of such a thing but I looked it up on google and learned about the benefits I use them all the time since I did. The massage jets are awesome and acupuncture points are another thing I had to google but their right, I feel like a million bucks since I got my steam shower. I dig the look of the real wood with the glass and metal frame. Real modern and classy. Best purchase Ive made in years.

Nana is safe on the bench with this steam shower
My nana is very elderly and frail these days, she needed a shower chair to sit in. Nana is very proud and has always been a beautiful woman, she practically threw us out when we brought over a shower safety chair. My husband the genius found this and we installed it into her place. Now she can shower sitting safely on the bench but she still feels like the beautiful strong woman she has always been. I could see this steam shower unit working for so many different livinh situations and people.

Treats my MS pain
It's a nice shower but sometimes I have a hard time getting in and out. I do have some health problems though which is probably why. For a chronically ill person like myself, something like this treats my pain and many of my other symptoms without looking like some beige piece of medical equipment.It has a place for me to sit when I'm feeling weak or dizzy but it isn't some rubber and plastic medical shower chair. The entire unit looks gorgeous in fact; people who stop by usually compliment it and say they wish they had one too, without ever knowing that it's actually a very functional thing that treats aspects of my health issues better than most therapies I have had up til now. My wife usees it just as often as I do and she is perfectly healthy. It's an incredible steam shower, neither of us can imagine living without it now.
