Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Great addition for home gyms
Been using the steam sauna for about 3 months now and so far, so good. I have a home gym and I installed this unit right across from it. It's great for warming down after a heavy workout and pushing out all that sweat and toxins, and then I just pop on the sprayers and get a little massage before cleaning up. It's terrific. I did find the installation instructions confusing but I am not a very handy guy lol. I had a buddy come in and give me a hand and he didn't seem to have any problems working it all out.

better than I even thought it would be
Our plumber first hooked it up backward or something so I was worried to death there was something wrong with it, but it turned out he just did something wrong or forgot to hook up something, I'm not sure which. Anyway it works well, my biggest problem is keeping my young kids from having screaming dance parties in there with the lights and music playing lol. I use it to relax pretty often every week. I like to add rose oil to the aromatherapy, it makes your skin smell so lovely all day long.

wonderful rainfall shower
I'm so in love with the rainfall shower! Just so in love. I have wanted one since I first used one in a hotel room and I feel like a little dream has come true. Major bonus for the therapy lights and the aromatherapy system, I have always worn patchouli oil as I find the scent so blissful, and now I can add it to my shower experience as well. I've had it for a bit now and I still look forward to using it every day.

Somehow when I ordered this Ariel, I missed the part where there was a seat for basking in the steam sauna, I was thrilled when It was installed and I realized! I spend a lot of time in there listening to my favorite music, just basking in the steam, sweating out the impurities and jamming out, then I pop on the sprays and wash it all away with a great hydro massage. Sublime.
