Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Really nice unit
Getting the shower going is a bit of an adventure just because you have to climb all the way in to do so, and the cold water that hits you first is a bit of a shock to the system haha. Its really not such a big deal though, I eventually worked around that little issue and I really love my shower. The lights are very calming, the jets and rainfall are bliss, and my girl got me some of those essential oils to sprinkle around and there is one that is so invigorating for mornings, I think that it is peppermint oil. Really starts off my day right. Then there's one that promotes sleep and I crash out so easily after evening showers. It is a wonderful unit.

Works wonders for chronic pain, I even take less pain meds since I had it installed
Had to contact customer service with a question and they were just great, super friendly. They were able to help me figure out what I was doing wrong right away. Installation went very smoothly but it was complicated as I decided to do it myself with some help from my brother in law. The whole family is in love with our new shower. I have chronic pain from a car accident I was in some years back and my doc recommended heat and steam, so that's what first got me interested. It does work wonders for my pain, and I find that I am taking much less of my medication that I would normally need to control my pain. I am so grateful for that.

feels very durable, features are great
It is a little nervewracking to make a HUGE purchase like this online rather than a showroom but the beautiful look of the online photos and the description of all the features sold us on it. I'm so happy we decided to throw caution to the wind, because sometimes risk pays off and this has been one of those times. The unit is even more stunning in person, the features are all exactly as described and we are in love. It seems like a very durable unit that will last years.

For fellow essential oil lovers out there: BUY THIS ONE!!
Loving the adjustable settings and the fact that I can add my favorite essential oils to boost my mood, promote health and relaxation or energy and revitalization. That was absolutely the selling point for me. I already have an air difusor and even an aromatherapy necklace to use with my oils, I figured the last thing was being able to add them to my shower experience. Couldn't be more pleased with it overall. I use it every single day no matter what.
