Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.

Really nice unit
Getting the shower going is a bit of an adventure just because you have to climb all the way in to do so, and the cold water that hits you first is a bit of a shock to the system haha. Its really not such a big deal though, I eventually worked around that little issue and I really love my shower. The lights are very calming, the jets and rainfall are bliss, and my girl got me some of those essential oils to sprinkle around and there is one that is so invigorating for mornings, I think that it is peppermint oil. Really starts off my day right. Then there's one that promotes sleep and I crash out so easily after evening showers. It is a wonderful unit.

Works wonders for chronic pain, I even take less pain meds since I had it installed
Had to contact customer service with a question and they were just great, super friendly. They were able to help me figure out what I was doing wrong right away. Installation went very smoothly but it was complicated as I decided to do it myself with some help from my brother in law. The whole family is in love with our new shower. I have chronic pain from a car accident I was in some years back and my doc recommended heat and steam, so that's what first got me interested. It does work wonders for my pain, and I find that I am taking much less of my medication that I would normally need to control my pain. I am so grateful for that.

It's perfect for us.
We had been in search of a steam shower unit at a reasonable price for quite awhile. We went to some showrooms but not only did none of the units jump out at us, they seemed to be not reasonably priced either. We turned our attention to internet browsing and rejected a lot of possibilties before we came across this one. It was actually in our budget and looked great. There were no reviews and usually we are big on checking reviews, but this one just sounded so great that we took a chance and ordered it. It arrived REALLY quickly which I thought was impressive, and our guy had it installed by the end of the next day. He also said that it seemed to be a really high quality item and to let him know if it worked well because he wanted something similar, and we called him right away to let him know that it functions beautifully. We are so happy with our purchase and glad we took a chance with online ordering.

Best purchase I have made in years
This is a beautiful item. It's so soothing and it relieves tons of stress. Both my wife and myself work very physically and mentally challenging jobs, and this is our sanctuary at night. We climb in together, I wash her hair and she scrubs my back, we talk about ANYTHING but our day and the stress just melts away down the drain with the shampoo and soap suds. I don't think either of us has slept so well in years.
