Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Still Satisfied!!
I have owned this unit since it came on the market. The tub is very large and the whirlpool works well. The rain shower and handheld are great. Turning the unit on is challenging as you have to get all the way in it to do so. It is not pleasant when the cold water hits you. I overcame that quickly and now I use a light bulb changer with pole to reach in and turn on. Works very well. It is higher than an average tub so a step is necessary for me. The lights are soothing, the doors do not leak. All in all a wonderful unit that provides great comfort. I have no real complaints at all except finding a replacement drain is not as easy as I'd hoped.

Everything all in one
I love having a shower unit that is enclosed and water tight! The lights are really neat looking and I ADORE the whirlpool combo. It's the best of everything in one unit. The steam is generated fast so no long waiting period to get the sauna going. It looks gorgeous and it is a breeze to keep it clean and shining. It is like 4 different ways to bathe and shower in one pretty unit. In fact it is so gorgeous and so easy to take care of that we are going to purchase a unit in for master bath. These are so beautiful and efficient and functional, what more could a girl ask for?

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
Can I just say how great the temp control panel is??? I have always been irritated with nudging shower knobs this way and that, getting too hot then too cold then too hot again before you finally hit on the right temperature. That guesswork is eliminated here and it's great. It's like having a thermostat for your shower. The lights are SOOOO often and wehn no ones home I'll just blast my music and sing along with the lights going, pretending I'm a rock star, I am not ashamed to admit it, I even go Ferris Bueller and use the handheld shower as my microphone lol. It's not just that, though, because when I am stressed I hit the Ariel for a good hour and just let all my worries wash away. Love love love love. Can't say I love it enough.

Great for relaxation, energy boosts and even head colds
This shower/whirlpool tub combo is obviously great for relaxing. And i use it often to help me sleep. But one of my favorite things to do is get up an extra hour early for work, and hop in the shower/tub to invigorate, adding citrus and mint oils to the water to wake me up and get me ready for the day. It goes both ways. This shower is great. Pro tip: add eucalyptus oil to the water when you are sick and it will open up your sinuses ten times better than Vicks or Sudafed. I really dig my steam shower, wouldn't want to live without it now.
