Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Everything about this unit screams Luxury with a capital L!! 14 jets massage amazingly well, the steam is a dream, overheat protection and fan stop me from staying in my dreamy steam shower for too long lol. This a dream come true I canât wait to use it for years to come. It is amazing.

Helps with my depression better than my Prozac does
This came recommended from a dear friend (we both have children with chronic lung conditions, chronic bronchitis as they were born prematurely, and it has been wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone who has chronic lung conditions but i have also noticed that it is great for everything from the common cold, to sore overworked muscles, stress, and even depression (this is from personal experience). It's the wonderful steam that does it, along with the amazing massage capabilities of the jets, and with the depression, I just think that all the features combine to pamper onself completely and increase personal sense of wellbeing, and of course that is going to help with the aches, pains, and general feeling of sadness that comes along with depression. They should prescribe an Ariel instead of antidepressants first, if you want my opinion on it. You can even listen to music that cheers you up while basking in the warmth. I'm giving it 5 stars in every aspect. I am going to purchase a second Ariel for my downstairs bath too.

Exactly as described
It's beautiful and exactly as described. I love the overall look and speed of shipping. It hasn't been installed yet so I can't speak to the functionality, but I havenât been this excited about a purchase in a long time. We did our research and this is what we settled on, could not be more pleased!

Awesome unit!
This looks awesome. Cant wait to install it! Love, love, love the looks of it, my wife is beyond thrilled. There are so many features that I cannot wait to use. It was such a better deal that everything else, and we shopped around quite a bit too. Couldnât be happier.
