Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

My kids love using this steam shower as much as I do, I purchased this Ariel when I saw in the listing that it has those heating limiters that prevent the risk of burns because that was my major concern about replacing our old shower with this one, was the risk of the steam or jets burning my kids. Not a worry here and it's actually very helpful to my son who has asthma, when he is having a tough day we put him in the steam with some of his toys and he plays in the rainfall, by the time he gets out his chest is no longer tight and the wheezing has stopped. That is a wonderful bonus of owning this beautiful Ariel steam shower.

LOVE IT!!
We have had a different brand of steam shower installed in our master bath for a couple of years now, but we purchase this Ariel for the full bath on the first floor and it is SO. MUCH. BETTER than the old one we have in our master bath. I'm seriously considering replacing it with another one of these Ariels because I am just knocked out by how higher quality it is, and even much more attractive to look at. To me this Ariel is gorgeous. And the massaging jets, the rainfall shower, the LIGHTS?? My old one does not have therapeutic lighting!! This shower is really something special. If you are on the fence about purchasing it yourself and you are reading this, take the plunge and buy it!! I will promise that you won't be sorry. What an improvement to my home

If you're indecisive, I advise you to buy it!
It was delivered two days ago and is being installed now. It comes in a big wooden crate so it was in perfect condition delivery was fast too. I am so excited to take my first steam rainfall shower. There is going to be a tropical paradise in my master bath and you can't beat that.

Great for your skin, among other things
I love the easy access to all the amazing features of this steam shower via the control panel. I like to bask in the warm steam every night to relax and this steam shower has the super fast access to steam, I think it takes like literally a minute to get good steam going. That's nice because I use it in the morning before work too and I'm always in a bit of a hurry. Everything works fast and easy so it's reasonable to use even when you're in a hurry. Can't say enough good things.
