Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Watch out, your family will bicker over who gets to go first! ;)
I have only one negative thing to say: My four-person family (parents and 2 teens) are always fighting over who gets to use it first! lol. That really is the only thing I can think of that isn't 100 percent wonderful about this shower. It looks even more striking and pretty when you see it in person. Its got this futuristic control panel for all the fun features which is a neat touch. The jet massages are out of this world. And the steam is working wonders with my sons' chronic sinus infections. He has always battled them many times a year, but in the time since we got this steam shower he hasn't had a single one.

Highly recommended for allergy sufferers!!
I have terrible allergies. My allergist recommended a steam shower to help get the allergins out of my system on a daily basis. I chose this one, and I'm so happy that I did. It is a night and day difference, I feel so much better every day! I use the shower every night to get rid of the allergins I encounter during the day, and the frequency of my sneezing/stuffy nose/runny eyes has decreased SO much. I feel like a brand new person, seriously. If you have allergies I cannot recommend this steam shower highly enough. It has really changed my life.

Wow and wow. Very pleased
My wife always wanted a steam shower sauna but I was a little apprehensive about making the purchase. We had seen similar things in showrooms but we're way impressed with this one. It has so many more features, like the numerous body jets for aqua massage and the multifunction lights that we are finding to be very helpful for relaxation. Seemed weird to me at first but they're actually awesome. Not to mention the unit looks drop dead gorgeous in our home. I woud highly recommend this Ariel model to anyone else also in the market.

My husband was doubtful about making such a major purchase online. It was too late i was in love. Well I got my way as usual haha, and now he used it just as much as I do! Guess who was saying "I told you so?" On a serious note I would also recommend this to anyone particularly interested in skincare, because between the steam that draws out impurities and toxins and the hydromassage jets, which renew blood flow to your skin and give a natural rosy glow, my skin is looking more youthful, supple and healthy than it has in years (a little tip: I use the in shower lotions when I'm steam bathing, and the steam seals in that moisture incredibly well. My skin is so moisturized even in the driest winter months. Oh and my husband loves to sing along to his tunes and bask in the massage from the jets too. :)
