Returns
- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.
- Returns must remain in perfect condition and in it's original packaging.
- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Can’t say enough about the customer service! Our original choice was a preorder and when the shipping date was pushed back the Ariel Bath team made it super easy to cancel and order a replacement that was in stock. They even shipped out a different color hardware at my request and when we were not satisfied with the original marble top they sent a replacement lightning quick. Very happy and will definitely be back for other bathroom renovations!
