- For returns, an order receipt is required. We accept uninstalled, perfect condition returns within 90 days from purchase.
- After initiating the return process, the product must reach our warehouse within 90 days.

- There are no extra return or restocking fees, with the exception of the customer's responsibilty of the return shipping fee.
- Damaged packages may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is avoidable by returning the product in its original packaging and condition.

Needs instructions
It came without instructions. There was a loose leg stabilizer and we checked all 4 legs; only to find after install that there is a fifth leg in the center, not even visible in the photos of the product. Now i have an ugly 3/8” wood shim there.

very good...well built
The vanity is very well built and was packed perfectly. No damage at all on delivery. The marble top was heavy, but I knew that before I bought it. The downside was when placing the top on on the vanity cabinet, I was expecting the top to fit over the underside edges of the vanity, but that was not the case. The top sat directly on top of the cabinet. Because of that, the top slid a bit while the glue was setting so I had to reset the top a few times to make sure it was centered evenly over the cabinet.

Open the box and inspect the item(s)!
When the tape around the package says "Inspect before signing to accept delivery" DO IT. The damage inside will not be visible from the undamaged box. In our case, the improperly installed drawer guide was forced to close, leaving interior damage and the need to repair.

I was leery of purchasing my vanity online without being able to touch it. I took a risk. This vanity set is beautiful. It is very well made. The wood is solid and sturdy. The countertop is very nice. It comes with the very stately mirror which is also well built and beautiful. The shelf under the sink didn't fit with the plumbing so we had our contractor cut it to go around the plumbing and it worked out great! Everything was packaged so well. Definitely would buy from them again.

What else can I say but that I love it??
This vanity set is exactly the perfect size! same with the drawers- the perfect amount of space I need to keep all my getting-ready stuff organized. I love that there are no "fake out" false drawers. The cabinet is perfect for what I need to, not too big and not too small, not too shallow and not too deep. The charcoal color in the marbe countertop is stunningly beautiful. I have never been more pleased with a purchase, I"m telling you.

I was skeptical to purchase a vanity and countertop online but Ariel completely changed my perspective! This Cambridge vanity is a solid piece of furniture that is well made and well thought out, adjustable feet for leveling, easy to assemble the sink to the countertop, adjust the soft close drawers and doors, etc. The marble countertop is high quality and arrived without a scratch on it. Had purchased a vanity and counter through a contractor for another bathroom and the Cambridge cabinet and counter is actually a nicer product in my opinion. To top it off the customer service is awesome, second to none, they answered every question and addressed every concern I had before, during and after purchasing the product. As I said I was skeptical at first but I couldn’t have had a better experience, if you’re considering Ariel and their products don’t hesitate, thanks Ariel Bath!

Love it! What you see is what you get. If anything its even more appealing in person once it arrives. WHich was fairly quick. Everyone who sees it oohs and ahhs and asks where they can find one, I am pretty sure that my sister in law and maybe one of my cousins got the same one for their place. It's pretty budget friendly so i would recommend it to anyone. I would so buy it again!

Love this vanity! Highly recommended
We really love this vanity! It feels very solid and well-built piece, much better looking than what online photos shows. We changed the size from old built in vanity to a 37" which gives the the look and feel of a bigger vanity than it is. The good looking marble top and built in oval sink looks impressive which you can't easily find anywhere. We highly recommend this.

BEAUTIFUL vanity. Super easy to install. Drawers are a little tight currently, but love the soft close. The top is thick and sturdy and the gold pulls are really gorgeous against the midnight blue vanity. Delivery was a breeze. Very well packaged. Thrilled with how these turned out.

Beautiful vanity
We ordered this vanity for a recent bathroom remodel. The vanity is beautiful-just as pictured. Ordering process was easy and no problems with the delivery. I wasn’t sure whether to get the 2” or 1.5” top. We settled on the 1.5 and it is perfect. Our home is over 100 years old and this style blends very nicely. We love it!!

The top drawer slide fell right off as soon as we tried to open the drawer. The bottom two drawers don't open all the way. The bottom drawer also is too low and hits the bottom of the casing as it slides in. The instructions for installing the sink are so faintly printed there is no way to actually read them.

Although it only comes with backslash, the vanity is high quality with soft close drawers in solid wood. First one arrived damage but ARIEL took care of it in less than a week. I am very delighted with the purchase. Overall, it is very well-built.
